Han er vokset op i en familie af kokke, og kender alle hemmelighederne bagved tilberedningen af madvarer i elitedivisionen.<\/p>\n<p>Nicolas Vah\u00e9 er udl\u00e6rt kok og konditor p\u00e5 \u201cPic Valence\u201d &#8211; en 3 stjernet Michelin-restaurant i Frankrig. Herefter er han uddannet chocolatier under Daniel Giraud Valence, som er en verdensber\u00f8mt chocolatier, og blandt Frankrigs bedste dessertkokke.<\/p>\n<p>Senere har Nicolas tryllet som konditor p\u00e5 Falsled Kro i mere end 3 \u00e5r, og herefter som chefkonditor p\u00e5 Fakkelg\u00e5rden ved Krus\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>I dag er Nicolas Vah\u00e9 leveringsdygtig i produkter fra confit, chokoladesm\u00f8rep\u00e5l\u00e6g, risotto, pesto, chutney, fiskesuppe og til gl\u00f8gg, vin og vand. R\u00e5varernes ekstreme kvalitet giver en sublim smag, og har en finesse, som du kun finder i delikatessens superelite.<br \/>\nMed disse produkter kan selv den mest u\u00f8vede kok, invitere til
